Mynymbox has zero tolerance when it comes to email SPAM.
We do not allow the transmission of any unsolicited bulk emails or commercial emails from our network. Any violation triggers a service suspension.
Per default we block port 25 on all VPS Server plans.
The Customer may ask Mynymbox to unblock port 25.
What is needed?
- A deposit of 100 EUR is required for all new orders under 6 months which will be fully refunded after six months in form of account credits. If we detect abuse in the form of SPAM or mass-mailing activities the deposit is lost.
- Client must configure proper DKIM, DMARC, SPF and PTR records.
- Open a ticket with the subject: "Unblock port 25 for my server with <ip-address>"
- Any abuse notification must be answered in 24 hours.
